Thanks for using Snap2Deduct
Snap2Deduct helps you document charitable donations. In Personal Mode, individuals photograph donated items, review estimated line items, save donation sessions, and export Donation Summary PDFs for their records. In Organization Mode, schools, PTAs, churches, nonprofits, and donation drives can scan donated items, enter donor information, and generate Donor Receipt PDFs to share with donors.

Organization Receipt Mode
For schools, PTAs, churches, nonprofits, donation drives, and similar organizations that need to issue receipts to donors.
Can organizations use Snap2Deduct to create donor receipts?
Yes. Organization Receipt Mode allows schools, PTAs, churches, nonprofits, donation drives, and similar organizations to scan donated items, review the item list, add donor details, and generate a donor receipt PDF.
Does Snap2Deduct assign tax value on organization receipts?
No. Organization Donor Receipt PDFs confirm the items received. They do not assign or confirm tax value. Donors and organizations should consult a qualified tax professional when needed.
Can Snap2Deduct email receipts directly to donors?
Not directly in the current version. Snap2Deduct generates a PDF receipt that can be shared through your device's share options, such as Mail, Messages, AirDrop, or Files.
Where are organization receipts saved?
Organization receipt records are saved locally on the device or browser storage. They appear in Organization Mode under Recent Receipts.
Are organization receipts included in my personal donation totals?
No. Organization receipts are kept separate from Personal Mode donation history and are not included in personal YTD donation totals.
Can I re-share a receipt later?
Yes. In Organization Mode, recent receipts can be re-shared as PDFs.
